License Transfer and Asset Protection Policy


This policy applies to all digital products, assets, and licenses purchased through the Arnamide Tebex Store and managed through the Cfx.re Portal.

1. License Transfers

A purchased license may be transferred to another eligible Cfx.re account if supported by the product and the Cfx.re system.

Once a license has been transferred, the transfer is final. The license cannot:

  • Be returned to the original purchaser’s Cfx.re account.

  • Be transferred to another account.

  • Be exchanged for another product or license.

  • Be restored because the wrong account was selected.

  • Be restored due to the sale, suspension, deletion, or loss of the receiving account.

This also applies if the original purchaser still has the Tebex receipt or other proof of payment.

2. Customer Responsibility

Before completing a transfer, the customer is responsible for confirming that:

  • The correct Cfx.re account has been entered.

  • The receiving account belongs to the intended person or organization.

  • The recipient understands that the transfer is permanent.

  • The customer is authorized to transfer the license.

Arnamide is not responsible for transfers made to the wrong account due to incorrect information, misunderstandings, or unauthorized account access.

3. Ownership After Transfer

Once transferred, the license becomes linked to the receiving account according to the Cfx.re system and its applicable terms.

The original purchaser has no automatic right to reclaim the license. A receipt confirms who made the payment but does not allow the license to be recovered after a completed transfer.

4. Asset Theft and Unauthorized Distribution

All Arnamide assets are protected intellectual property. Purchasing a product grants a limited right to use it according to its license. It does not transfer ownership of the asset or its source material.

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • Stealing, leaking, copying, ripping, or redistributing Arnamide assets.

  • Selling, reselling, trading, sharing, or giving assets to third parties.

  • Selling or distributing encrypted, unlocked, decrypted, modified, or repackaged versions.

  • Removing or bypassing encryption, license checks, copyright notices, or access restrictions.

  • Uploading assets to leak websites, marketplaces, file-sharing services, or unauthorized repositories.

  • Claiming Arnamide assets or code as your own work.

  • Using stolen or unlawfully obtained copies of Arnamide products.

These restrictions apply to complete products and individual parts, including source code, models, textures, user interfaces, configuration files, documentation, and other included material.

5. Enforcement and Police Reports

Confirmed theft, unauthorized distribution, resale, or commercial use of Arnamide assets will be documented and reported to the police.

Arnamide may also:

  • Revoke or suspend all related licenses.

  • Block the customer from future purchases and support.

  • Report the involved accounts, servers, and storefronts to Tebex and Cfx.re.

  • Submit takedown requests to hosting providers, marketplaces, and other platforms.

  • Pursue compensation or other legal remedies where applicable.

Purchase records, license information, server details, account identifiers, messages, listings, payment information, and other relevant evidence may be preserved and provided to the appropriate platforms or authorities in accordance with applicable law.

6. Ownership Disputes

Arnamide does not mediate private ownership disputes between server owners, developers, former partners, companies, organizations, or other individuals.

Licenses may not be resold, rented, shared, or transferred outside the permitted Cfx.re transfer process.

If the receiving account is suspended, deleted, compromised, or otherwise becomes unavailable, the license will not automatically be restored or transferred again.

7. Technical Errors

If a transfer was completed incorrectly due to a verified technical error in Arnamide’s systems, the customer must contact Arnamide Support as soon as possible.

Arnamide may investigate the issue but cannot guarantee that a transfer can be reversed after it has been registered through the Cfx.re Portal.

8. Refunds

A completed license transfer does not automatically qualify for a refund.

Refund requests are handled according to Arnamide’s refund policy, Tebex’s terms, and applicable mandatory consumer laws.

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers should contact Arnamide Support before disputing a payment with their bank or payment provider.

Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in the affected licenses being suspended where permitted by applicable terms and law. Suspected fraud or abuse may be reported to Tebex, Cfx.re, and the relevant payment provider.

10. Acceptance of This Policy

By purchasing, downloading, using, or transferring an Arnamide product, the customer confirms that they:

  • Have read and accepted this policy.

  • Understand that licenses can only be transferred once.

  • Accept that completed transfers are normally irreversible.

  • Will not copy, resell, leak, unlock, or redistribute Arnamide assets.

  • Accept the relevant terms of Arnamide, Tebex, and Cfx.re.

11. Support

Questions about a planned transfer or permitted use must be sent to Arnamide Support before taking action.

Please include the order number and affected product. Never share passwords, authentication codes, or other sensitive account information.
